Your day-to-day plan
Day 1: Katra to Srinagar by Train
Board the Vande Bharat Express from Katra to Srinagar and enjoy the scenic rail journey through the mountains. On arrival, check-in and relax in Srinagar.
Day 2: Gulmarg Day Trip
After breakfast, head to Gulmarg for a full-day sightseeing tour—famous for its meadows, gondola ride, and snow activities. Return to Srinagar in the evening for an overnight stay.
Day 3: Sonamarg Excursion
Drive to Sonamarg, known as the “Meadow of Gold.” Enjoy the stunning Himalayan views and optional pony rides to Thajiwas Glacier. Return to Srinagar by evening.
Day 4: Srinagar to Pahalgam
Depart for Pahalgam, a lush valley set along the Lidder River. Visit Aru, Betaab, or Chandanwari (optional tours). Overnight stay in Pahalgam.
Day 5: Pahalgam to Srinagar + Local Sightseeing
Return to Srinagar. Enjoy local sightseeing including Shankaracharya Temple, Mughal Gardens (Nishat, Shalimar), and a Shikara ride on Dal Lake. Overnight stay in Srinagar.
