Tirupati Balaji Temple in Jammu

The Tirupati Balaji Temple in Jammu is a Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Venkateswara, an incarnation of Vishnu. The temple was inaugurated on June 8, 2023, by Union Home Minister Amit Shah. 

It is located in the Majeen area of Jammu, on a 62-acre plot of land. The temple is modeled after the Tirumala Venkateswara Temple in Andhra Pradesh, and is said to be the sixth Balaji Temple constructed outside of Andhra Pradesh.

Sri Venkateswara Swamy temple which is famous as Tirupati Balaji Temple Jammu is open to the public from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM, seven days a week.

There are a number of buses/mini buses/Auto Rickshaw that run from the Jammu city center to the temple. The buses/mini buses/auto rickshaw leave from the Jammu Tawi bus stand and the journey takes about 30 minutes.
